Eklabre is an executive search and HR firm. This notice explains what we collect on this website and how we use it.

If you use our contact form, your name, email, company, job title, phone number, the service you choose and your message. If you join our newsletter, your email address. If you book a call, our scheduling provider Lunacal collects the details you enter, under its own privacy policy. We use Google Analytics, which sets cookies to measure how the site is used: the pages viewed, clicks, device and browser type, and approximate location.

To reply to you, to provide the services you ask about, to send the newsletter you signed up for, and to improve this website.

Only the service providers that run this site and our business tools, such as our website host, Cloudflare, Zoho (our CRM and email), Google (analytics) and Lunacal (scheduling). We do not sell your personal information.

If you call or text our business line, (646) 917-9234, or give us your mobile number on our contact form and agree to receive texts, we use your number only to reply to you about your inquiry. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with subcontractors that support our services, such as the provider that delivers our text messages. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP, or get help by replying HELP. See our Text Message Terms.

Some of Eklabre's internal tools connect to Google accounts that belong to Eklabre and its founder, for example YouTube and Google Drive, to manage our own content. Only Eklabre uses these tools, and they do not collect data from website visitors or other Google users. Eklabre's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

As long as we need it to respond to you and keep our business records. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe.

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information by emailing us at [email protected]. Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link. You can block cookies in your browser or use Google's Analytics opt-out add-on (https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout).

We use reasonable safeguards, but no method of sending or storing data is completely secure.

This site is not meant for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
